Please read below for more information regarding both institutions and courses offered in collaboration through LILIE. Detailed course information outlining curricula and alike can be found on our homepage.

Information regarding transcript request forms can be found below. Please be sure to choose the correct college when requesting an official transcript.

Our graduate level courses are strictly a professional development option for employed teachers seeking salary advancement or CTLE hours. It is the responsibility of the participant to seek prior approval from their districts before registering for one of our grad courses.

Our courses are not part of a degree program and may not be used for advanced certificates.

When taking a grad class through The University of Massachusetts Global, each student will be sent via email from UMASS account information on how to access unofficial grade reports that may be printed, and/or how to order an official transcript. This email is sent 2-3 weeks after the course end date.

Each graduate course is $595, either offered through Manhattan University or The University of Massachusetts Global

If you have taken a grad course with us through Manhattan University, please following these steps to receive a sealed transcript (If this is your first transcript request from Manhattan University, please write "LILIE student - first request" at the top of the form. All LILIE students get their FIRST transcript FREE).

Download and fill out the Manhattan University transcript request form. 'Right click - save as' for PC users or 'option click' for Mac users.

Complete the form and mail it to the address indicated on the form or you can fax it to 718-862-7457. If this is not your first transcript request from Manhattan University, then please also submit a $5.00 check made payable to Manhattan University.

For a more immediate transcript, please order through www.getmytranscript.com instead of through Manhattan University.

The Long Island Learning Institute for Educators, LLC announces our affiliation with The University of Massachusetts Global in offering 3 Credit graduate-level professional development credits through the university's School of Extended Education. LILIE's graduate courses are offered online, are research-based, and require from students a high-level of critical thinking appropriate to the graduate level. In addition, each course curriculum is designed to meet the current professional development needs of educators from all content areas and grade levels. These courses can be taken by teachers for salary advancement, as long as they meet your district's requirements.

Chapman University—Chapman University is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), which is one of six regional accrediting associations that accredit public and private colleges and universities in the United States. School of Law—The American Bar Association (ABA) has accredited the Chapman University School of Law, making it the 180th institution to achieve the ABA's standards of excellence. The School of Law is also a member of The Association of American Law Schools (AALS).

College of Educational Studies—Chapman University is a member of the American Council on Education (ACE) and the American Association for Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE). The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) has accredited Chapman's teacher training and credential programs. The graduate program in School Psychology is fully approved by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and is the only program of its kind at a private California university to be approved.

Athletic Training Education Program – The Athletic Training Education Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) and represents the Joint Review Committee of Athletic Training (JRC-AT) Standards and Guidelines for undergraduate athletic training education. The ATEP program is part of the College of Educational Studies.

Conservatory of Music—The National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) has accredited our Conservatory of Music in the College of Performing Arts.

Department of Dance – The National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD) has accredited our Department of Dance in the College of Performing Arts.

Department of Theatre– The National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST) officially awarded Chapman University's Department of Theatre with national accreditation.

Department of Physical Therapy— The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) has accredited our Doctor of Physical Therapy program in the Schmid College of Science.

Marriage and Family Therapy Program — The Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy (COAMFTE) has conferred candidacy accreditation on our graduate Marriage and Family Therapy program in the Department of Psychology in the Schmid College of Science.

NYS Teachers In-Service/PR-Credit Enrollment Information and Fees

Please read below for important information regarding In-Service/PR-Credit Enrollment.

To be eligible for NYC DOE P-credits for these courses, participants must register and pay an ASPDP fee directly through ASPDP. Participants must visit http://schools.nyc.gov/teachers/ASPDP to complete the registration; participants will either create an account or log on to their existing ASPDP account, then choose the "Enroll & Pay for Courses" link. Any participant who does not complete this enrollment process on the ASPDP website by the registration close date will not be eligible for P-credits. Please email ASPDP at ASPDP@schools.nyc.gov should you need more information.
